A handbag that makes it easy to carry a parasol.

The bags were dyed with indigo at Watanabe Dyeing Shop, which has a 440-year history of Gujo Honsome Dyeing.
Gujo Honzome” is designated as an intangible cultural asset of Gujo City.
Indigo dyeing uses oxidation to produce a blue color (oxidation in water and in the air).
The cold, oxygen-rich water flowing in the irrigation channel right in front of the dyeing site is suitable for underwater oxidation, resulting in a good coloring.
In addition to being a suitable environment for dyeing, the deep, dark blue color produced by dyeing more than 10 times is absolutely beautiful.
The color fades as it ages, giving it a deep, rich texture.
This is the best part of indigo dyeing.

The different shades of indigo are beautiful and go with any outfit.

The parasols come in various sizes, but any of the parasols sold at Wagasa CASA will fit.

【Washing and care】
・Indigo dye does not penetrate into the threads and fabric, but covers the surface. Please note that the color will fade if the fabric is rubbed or rubbed against damp areas such as wet areas.
・We recommend hand-washing with a mild detergent. (Please note that using synthetic detergents containing bleach or fluorescent agents may cause unevenness and color fading.)
・Please avoid using a dehydrator or dryer.
・Please dry in the shade.
・If the color is transferred to leather products by friction, the color cannot be removed.
・When storing the product for a long time, please keep it in a dark, humidity-free place. If only one part of the product is exposed to light, the part exposed to light may become sunburned.

All Gifu Japanese umbrellas are carefully made one by one by the hands of craftsmen.

It takes over two months to make one Japanese umbrella.

Japanese umbrellas, which are said to be ``open as flowers, closed as bamboo'', are traditional Japanese crafts that are filled with the skill of craftsmen and attention to detail.

Each Japanese umbrella is created through numerous production processes that last over two months.

The thoughtfulness of craftsmen and traditional techniques create delicate beauty.

The framework of a Japanese umbrella is made from a piece of bamboo that is split evenly and assembled so that when the umbrella is folded, it returns to its original shape.

The moment you open it, the colors of the Japanese paper and the delicate threads create a beautiful shadow that surrounds the person holding it.
All of these are the only Japanese umbrellas in the world, created through the painstaking work of craftsmen.
