We use the Japan Post letter pack to deliver the products to our customers.
If the size of the item is within 340mm x 248mm on the long side and weighs 4kg or less, it will be delivered in a "letter pack" that is posted in the post.

*If the luggage does not enter the post, it will be taken out and the absentee vote will be posted.
*Please be aware that we cannot guarantee any accidents, losses, or deterioration of quality due to Yu-packet delivery.

[When the shipping company's luggage storage period has expired]
If the item is returned to our store due to cancellation after shipment, message failure, refusal to receive, long-term absence etc. , We will charge the shipping fee for shipping from our shop and the shipping fee for shipping back to our shop. The shipping cost for returning depends on the delivery area and may be expensive. Round-trip shipping will be charged even under free shipping conditions.
