The front is made of plain, simple gray and green washi paper pasted together in an irregular pattern, giving it a unique look.
Several types of falling water paper are used on the inside, allowing you to enjoy different patterns at once.
The way the colors and patterns overlap due to the translucency of washi paper created when light shines through it is also beautiful.

The handle and potter's wheel are finished with wipe lacquer (cashew lacquer), giving it a tasteful wood grain texture.
