This masterpiece combines an original dyed washi paper called Kasumi dyeing with washi paper that has a color close to orange, which is unique to persimmon tannin concentrate.
Kasumi-zome washi paper is handmade Mino washi paper made from 100% Mino kozo, so the fibers are long and very strong.

The persimmon tannin dyeing is done using Mino handmade Japanese paper from Kosoushi Kobo.
Persimmon dyes have the property of darkening the color, allowing you to enjoy the changes over time.
The washi paper has been kneaded to give it a wrinkled finish, giving it a rich, tasteful appearance.

The potter's wheel is finished with real lacquer by Mr. Nagaya, the only potter's wheel craftsman in the country.
The more you use it, the deeper the flavor becomes.
The handle is made from high-quality female bamboo, and is characterized by its smooth texture and lightness.

The astringency of the persimmon tannins is complemented by the blue and brown hues of the mist dye.
This is a Japanese umbrella that can be used stylishly by anyone, regardless of gender or age.

All Gifu Japanese umbrellas are carefully made one by one by the hands of craftsmen.

It takes over two months to make one Japanese umbrella.

Japanese umbrellas, which are said to be ``open as flowers, closed as bamboo'', are traditional Japanese crafts that are filled with the skill of craftsmen and attention to detail.

Each Japanese umbrella is created through numerous production processes that last over two months.

The thoughtfulness of craftsmen and traditional techniques create delicate beauty.

The framework of a Japanese umbrella is made from a piece of bamboo that is split evenly and assembled so that when the umbrella is folded, it returns to its original shape.

The moment you open it, the colors of the Japanese paper and the delicate threads create a beautiful shadow that surrounds the person holding it.
All of these are the only Japanese umbrellas in the world, created through the painstaking work of craftsmen.
